Meet The Women Behind Oasis
Our History
Oasis Aqualounge is a water themed adult’s private members spa and lounge in downtown Toronto. Located in a beautifully restored 19th century mansion, Oasis offers an exciting spa, lounge and vacation environment where you can spice things up, day or night. Unwind in our hot-tub, get sweaty in our sauna and take a dip in our year-round outdoor heated pool in a private sunny courtyard. Enjoy a drink from one of our two bars, on our poolside patio or in the beautifully decorated play areas spanning four floors where you can meet people who share your interests or spend your time alone (but together).
Founded in 2010, by Judy Kaye and her husband Richard, along with two women partners, Oasis has received great media coverage, boasts a high Google rating and is much loved by its customers. It’s a body positive, adventurous place to sun, soak and get away from it all. We design events that are fun, welcoming and encourage engagement between people that helps our guests create wonderful memories with each visit. Cheers to better sex!

Nancy
Co-Owner
Nancy visited Oasis with her husband the night we opened in 2010. They became regulars and fell in love with the business, becoming a partner in 2017.
After spending 14 years in the automotive industry, she decided it was time for a change and with an eye for detail and numbers she returned to school to get her bookkeeping certification. As luck would have it, upon completion of her schooling, Oasis Aqualounge was in need!
Nancy has been in the lifestyle since she was in her twenties, so when the opportunity to join the Oasis team came along it seemed like the perfect fit….being able to work in an environment that meshed so well with her passion for life and the lifestyle.
She also enjoys working on her hobby farm, antiquing, and traveling.
Fatima Mechtab (Miss F)
Co-Owner
Fatima Mechtab began working with Oasis Aqualounge in November 2012 and has been with the business ever since. Prior to the pandemic, she worked in a senior management role, overseeing all marketing and event coordination for the club.
In addition to being an Event Producer and Host, she also provides written content for the website via blogs, articles, and web pages. A business partner since 2018, Fatima works closely with the ownership team to ensure exciting features, sexy event themes, and value-added information to keep guests engaged, inspired, and informed.

Judy Kaye
Co-Owner
Judy is one of the founding partners who has helped grow Oasis to become Toronto’s fastest growing consumer services business of 2018 and one of Canada‘s fastest growing companies in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and 2024 (according to the Maclean’s Magazine Growth 500 List and the Globe and Mail Fastest Growing Companies List). While being closed for 18 months in 2020-2021 was hard on the business, she is excited to be open again and growing more than ever.
In addition to holding an MBA, with experience starting and growing other businesses before Oasis, Judy is a mother of three, amateur pole dancer and occasional fitness competitor. She and her husband enjoy travelling around the world to other clubs gathering ideas to bring back home, to continue to help make Oasis a leader in unique fun and sexy programming. The pool was the feature that most attracted Judy to this amazing Heritage property, which makes the perfect home for Oasis.
Geena
Co-Owner / General Manager
Geena is one of the Oasis partners who enjoys spreading the word about what Oasis has to offer. She is also the General Manager as well as HR and Payroll Coordinator for the club.
Geena, her husband and two children make their home in Toronto, where she was born and raised. As a self-described geek, she spent over 20 years in the corporate world, before transitioning to Oasis in 2016.
